New statistics on coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in Azerbaijan have been published.
According to the report, 49.9% of those infected in the country are in Baku.
Infection rate is 13.7% in Absheron, 13.6% in Aran, 8.1% in Ganja-Gazakh, 3.8% in Sheki-Zagatala and Guba-Khachmaz, 2.6% in Lankaran, 2.2% in Mountainous Shirvan, 1 in Upper Karabakh. , 7%, in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic it is 0.6%.
The incidence of infection from abroad is 0.4%.
The most widespread areas of coronavirus infection have been identified in Baku. The highest infection in the capital was again registered in Binagadi district. This region accounts for 14.5% of infections in Baku.
Khatai with 13.5%, Sabunchu with 11.8%, Yasamal with 11.7%, Surakhani with 8.5%, Narimanov with 7.8%, Nasimi and Khazar with 7.6%, Nizami settled with 7.1%, Sabail with 4.9%, Garadagh with 4.4% and Pirallahi with 0.5%.
