The trial of Rafig Allahyarov, accused of theft, has ended in the Baku Court of Grave Crimes.
According to Report, the verdict was read in the trial chaired by Judge Irada Hasanzade.
The court sentenced him to six years in prison.
According to the indictment, on June 21-23, 2015, R.Allahyarov illegally dug a garden plot No. 1674-A with a total area of 0.24 ha, located in the Novkhani gardens of Sumgayit, belonging to the victim, and removed 91,800 manat worth of sand. carried.
In addition, he damaged various types of trees in the area, totaling 105,300 manat.
The investigation also revealed that Allahyarov stole a tractor worth 115,000 manat from the sales center of the head of one of the companies in the 76th block of Sumgayit on February 3, 2019 at around 04:00.
At the same time, from the end of December 2019 to January 12, 2020, he entered illegally by breaking the lock of the gate of the country house located in the “Wolf Valley” gardens belonging to the victim. The accused stole an iron water tank, an iron pipe, an iron channel, an iron door, a saw stone and other items worth 6,930 manat.
Allahyarov was charged under Articles 177.3.2 (theft, causing extensive damage) and 186.2.1 (intentional destruction or damage to property, causing extensive damage to the victim) of the Criminal Code. driven.
Allahyarov, who was interrogated in court, pleaded partially guilty to the charges and regretted his actions.
