The European Union (EU) has decided to allocate 560 million euros for the needs of migrants in Turkey.
The report will be part of an additional € 3 billion aid package promised to Turkey in June 2021 to support Syrian refugees, the report said, citing foreign media.
The funds will be used to cover education costs and improve the migration and border management system.
At the same time, 530 million of this amount is intended to cover the education costs of refugees. In addition, financial support will be provided to enable about 700,000 refugee children to attend school.
