A criminal case has been launched against the administrator of a tea house in Tartar, who offered hookahs to customers.
According to the Barda regional group of the Interior Ministry’s Press Service, as a result of measures taken by the Tartar District Police Department, a tea house was identified in the district, offering hookahs to customers in violation of sanitary and epidemiological norms.
An administrative report has been drawn up against the administrator of the tea house, Jasur Abishova, for committing the same act before. However, a criminal case has been launched under the relevant article of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is underway, as he continues to violate the requirements of the quarantine regime.
Administrative protocols were drawn up on the tenant of the tea house R. Suleymanli and his employee A. Guliyeva and sent to the district court for consideration.
