Gulnar Ismayilova, accused of theft, was sentenced in Baku and given a suspended sentence.
According to Report, the verdict was handed down in a trial chaired by Baku Court of Grave Crimes Judge Ahmad Guliyev.
It should be noted that the incident was recorded in the Yasamal district of the capital from September 2019 to March 12, 2020.
Thus, G.Ismayilova stole a total of 57,800 manat from the house of Sevinj Orujova, who works as a principal in one of the lyceums in Baku.
The victim then complained to the Yasamal District Police Office.
A criminal case has been launched under Article 177.3.2 of the Criminal Code (theft, causing extensive damage).
Ismayilova was detained as a suspect.
Testifying in court, G. Ismayilova said that she was the nanny of S. Orujova’s child. The accused also said that Orujova hired him as a lobarant at the lyceum where he was the director.
