The incident took place yesterday. A traffic jam in the north of the country caused casualties. According to police, at least 23 people died as a result of the traffic jam. Pakistan’s Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said about a thousand cars were stranded on the highway when it snowed heavily.
